IBM Picks Drupal Over Other CMSs

IBM evaluated a number of content management systems recently in their Open Source Developer Series before deciding on Drupal for their collaborative web site implementation. They stacked up, compared and test drove Drupal, Mambo, Ruby on Rails, Typo3, Movable Type, Word Press and Text Pattern.
IBM realized that ease of use was a primary concern for designing a system that would work for the client. They were also looking for a solution that would grow with the client and their needs: a system that was here to stay. Drupal got strong marks in both of these important categories.
